Gepard

This is the online version of gepard. It contains most of the features that the downloadable version has. If you are missing a feature, just download the Java program under Home.

Usage

To make a graph, simply upload the two sequences that you want to be analyzed and input the parameters you want. Once you press submit you will be, if everything was correct, presented with the Graph.
